We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase with us. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed.
Return without a RA# is not acceptable. To ensure we process your return as quickly as possible, please create your return request online and we will send you an email with RA# upon approval usually the next business day. Please enclose a print out of the return authorization (RA) email in your package. Please use our postage pre-paid, pre-addressed label and take the package to any US Mail drop.
Refunds will be made in your original form of payment less return shipping charges of $8.95. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of mislabeled parcels or packages sent with a return label not provided by us.
Please allow up to 3 weeks from the return shipped date for your return to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Once your return is received and inspected for approval of refund, we will notify you by email. You will receive an email confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Final-Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We will make every effort to accommodate an exchange request. However, this will be based on product availability which is not always guaranteed. Exchanges are processed like a return and reissued as a new order.
We will send your replacement items right away if they are available. We will issue a refund towards the items received back from you less return shipping charges of $8.95. If you are exchanging for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for the re- shipping fees.
Please note we are unable to accept online returns or exchanges in our warehouse outlet at any time.
Once an item has been shipped cancellation will not be permitted.
